We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of our diverse and challenging projects.
Job Overview:
As a Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects by providing technical support, overseeing site operations, and ensuring compliance with design and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Interpret and implement project designs, drawings, and specifications.

Set out sites, ensuring accurate positioning and levels for structures, drainage systems, and utilities.

Conduct site surveys, level checks, and quality control inspections to monitor progress and compliance.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including reports, drawings, and records of progress.

Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Identify potential risks or delays and propose solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

Education: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in surveying equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS), CAD software, and project management tools.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, regulations, and best practices.

Certifications: Valid Safe Pass card, Manual Handling certificate, and CSCS card (if applicable).

Attributes: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing the groundwork for various construction projects, including site preparation, drainage systems, foundations, and landscaping. You will work closely with a dynamic team to ensure work is completed to a high standard and within project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general groundwork duties including excavation, trenching, and backfilling.

Lay drainage systems, including pipes and manholes, ensuring accuracy and proper installation.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 360 Machine Driver to join our team and take on a variety of critical excavation and site preparation tasks. In this role, you will operate heavy machinery with precision and efficiency, contributing to the successful completion of our construction projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for adhering strictly to safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. Your role will involve digging trenches, grading surfaces, lifting and moving materials, and carrying out other tasks as required by the project.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of work are essential.
