We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of our diverse and challenging projects.

Job Overview:
As a Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects by providing technical support, overseeing site operations, and ensuring compliance with design and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

• Interpret and implement project designs, drawings, and specifications.

• Set out sites, ensuring accurate positioning and levels for structures, drainage systems, and utilities.

• Conduct site surveys, level checks, and quality control inspections to monitor progress and compliance.

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

• Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including reports, drawings, and records of progress.

• Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Identify potential risks or delays and propose solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in surveying equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS), CAD software, and project management tools.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, regulations, and best practices.

• Certifications: Valid Safe Pass card, Manual Handling certificate, and CSCS card (if applicable).

• Attributes: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.

• Driving License: Full, clean driving license (essential.)
