Our ongoing partnerships with McDonald's and the HSE involve high-quality projects tailored to their specific operational requirements, further highlighting our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

The Digital Hub Framework
Brief Project Description Inspection of the effects of long-term water damage to the timber trussed roof of this 18th century whiskey warehouse led to the design and installation of a propping scheme to prevent roof collapse and possible consequential damage to the external brick façade, which is a protected structure.Following detailed inspections, we developed a methodology to prop the roof trusses and assess which timbers could be restored or replaced.
Following site setup including new secure entrance gates, we installed traffic management to create a safety zone for pedestrian traffic. Debris was cleared, propping towers were installed to each truss to stabilise the roof and raking structural steel supports were installed to prevent the collapse of the brickwork.

SEN Classroom Upgrades
Since the summer of 2022, Martin Reddin Limited (MRL) has undertaken numerous projects converting standard classrooms into Special Educational Needs (SEN) rooms for the Department of Education (DoE) across the Leinster region.
These projects typically involve the removal of existing finishes, fixtures, fittings, and mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems; the construction of accessible toilets and quiet spaces; the installation of new flooring, wall, and ceiling finishes; upgraded M&E systems; and the addition of external doors leading to Softplay areas equipped with play facilities. In 2024, MRL is set to complete and hand over 24 SEN classrooms across 18 schools, with confirmed orders for an additional five schools scheduled for early 2025.

Martin Reddin Limited is undertaking the refurbishment of 25 bedrooms on the 4th floor of the Absolute Hotel in Limerick. While the hotel remains open, the floor will be fully closed off to ensure safety. Given the urban setting and ongoing hotel operations, careful coordination is required to minimize disruptions.

The PSCS will oversee safety checks, logistical planning, and controlled access via staff lifts and emergency stairs, ensuring a seamless balance between guest experience and construction activities.
